Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In its original packaging with tags attached
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@shailaandushna.com or contact us through WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it back to us using the provided return address.

Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Specify in your return request that you'd like an exchange
  3. Indicate the size or color you'd like instead
  4. We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return

If the exchange item is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's less expensive, we'll refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days
